Safety and Community Guidelines

How we ask members to treat each other, what is never allowed, and what happens when rules are broken.

Treat each other with respect

Serbisyo App exists so neighbors can help neighbors. Communicate politely, agree terms clearly before work starts, show up when you say you will, and pay or deliver what you agreed.

Never allowed on Serbisyo App

  • Fraud and scams — fake tasks, fake completion requests, or tricks to get money without doing the work.
  • Impersonation — pretending to be another person, or misrepresenting who you are.
  • Harassment and threats — abusive messages, intimidation, or unwelcome conduct of any kind.
  • Unlawful use — requests or services that break the law.

Keep it in the app

Keep task details, price agreements, and messages inside Serbisyo App. They create a record the team can review if something goes wrong — and they keep you covered.

Verification means who, not how good

An identity-verified badge means the member's identity was reviewed by the platform. It does not prove professional skill. Service partners can separately request skill approval per service category, and reviews from other members tell you how they actually performed.

Reporting and consequences

If you experience or see something wrong, report it — from any conversation, tap Report and describe what happened. Reports are confidential and reviewed by the moderation team before any action.

Depending on what happened, the team may issue a warning, limit account features, or suspend or ban an account. Enforcement is decided case by case based on the review.
