Who operates Serbisyo App
Serbisyo App is operated by Syntra.

Reports go to the moderation team and are reviewed before any action. Open the conversation or task with the member and tap Report, then describe what happened.
Verification questions
Identity verification and service partner skill approval are handled through the verification page, where you can also see the status of your submissions.
Wallet and deposit questions
Deposits are reviewed by the platform team before they credit your wallet. You can see your balance, wallet history, and deposit status in your Account page.
