How Serbisyo App handles your information when you use it to post tasks, offer services, or message other members.

Account information. Your email address and name are used to create and secure your account and sign you in.
Profile information. Details you add to your profile — display name, contact phone, barangay, short bio, and profile photo. Your profile record is only visible to you and the platform team. Service partners separately choose what to show in their public listing (business name, services, service area, availability).
Identity and skill documents. If you submit verification, the documents you upload (such as a government ID) are stored privately. They are viewable only by the platform's verification reviewers — never shown to other members or on any public page.
Messages. Conversations you send or receive are stored so your task arrangements work and can be reviewed if you report a concern. Only the participants and the platform team can read a conversation.
Task, bid, and transaction records. Details of tasks you post, bids, agreed prices, and status history are kept as the record of each arrangement.
Wallet and deposit records. Your balance, wallet history, and deposit requests are kept to reconcile wallet balances and platform fees.
Reviews. Ratings and written reviews you leave are public — other members can read them.
Reports. Reports you submit go to the moderation team with the details you provide.
How information is used
To create your account and keep you signed in securely; to show your tasks, bids, conversations, and wallet; to review identity and skill submissions; to investigate reports; and to keep records of task arrangements and wallet activity.
Your information is not listed or sold to anyone. It is used to run the platform and keep the community safe.
Who can see your information
Access is restricted per member: your tasks and conversations are visible only to their participants, your wallet only to you, and verification documents only to reviewers. Platform administrators can access records when needed for review, moderation, or support.
Verification documents are never displayed publicly or shared with other members.
Retention and security
Information is kept while your account is active so the app keeps working for you. Completed records are kept as the history of arrangements and wallet activity. Verification documents are handled under the platform's retention rules.
